Richard Rider, Libertarian candidate for mayor of San Diego is currently running 5th with 1.6% of the vote. Only 14% reporting at this time.

    Wow. He’s down to 1.5% now, fallen into sixth place.

    I recognize a name on the results tally, a Tom Knapp publishes “rational review” libertarian news service. Is this the same guy?

    Wow! What a dismal showing. Not even good by accepted LP standards. Any guesses as to why?
