I’m glad the National Comittee disagrees with you. He will be worse than O’Connor et. al. for the reasons stated in our resolution. See also

I’m a CP member and to date, I don’t see a problem with Roberts. He’s supposed to be a strict constructionist and that’s what type of person is supposed to sit in the high court. A strict constructionist will rule only using the Constitution as the standard unlike O’Connor, Kennedy, and Bader-Ginsburg who have made rulings using European law. Our Framers were all God-fearing men. They wrote a great document using those beliefs and as long as Roberts remains true to the Constitution, there will be no problem.

The confirmation process is greatly flawed when it can’t fully expose to the general public the confirmation candidate’s views on all issues for everyone to see. They all play “dodge the true and proper answers to the questions” every time.
