So there is a Green Party out there some where! Well harray!
The rumours have been swirling about a state (California, June confab in Morepark) and national (July confab in Tucson) committee on veterans.
Could the rumours be half way true? We have a written proposal for the South Lake Tahoe confab in September. Any registered California green wish to present it as a platform for a state working committee?

If the Green Party ever opened its books, I guarantee there would be a level of corruption that would make Tom DeLay look like Mother Theresa. My state party notoriously squandered cash, and from what I know of the national party, it isn’t much different – just more money, and therefore, more waste.
