In addition to the campaign of Rick Jore in Montana, the Constitution Party has another really attractive state house race. This one is in Utah’s 58th district and features an extremely viable candidate campaigning with the incumbent’s endorsement.

Rex Bell is within 2% of the Republican candidate in a state house race in Indiana. Imagine having a Libertarian state representative in a state other than Vermont, New Hampshire, and Alaska. Well, I don’t really know what to make of this poll.
Survey USA has Green Party gubernatorial candidate Rich Whitney polling at 14% as of yesterday. This comes from a survey of 578 likely voters and the margin of error is only around +/- 4%.

Some good news for Libertarian Congressional candidate Robert Hutchinson…
The Detroit News today endorsed Robert L. Hutchinson, a Libertarian, for election in the 7th Congressional District, which includes Battle Creek.
The race is open because incumbent Rep. Joe Schwarz, R-Battle Creek, was defeated in the Republican primary in August.

Bob Kozak, the Green Party candidate for Congress in Maryland’s Sixth District, was booted from a community forum because he didn’t appear on the primary ballot. Sounds like the organizer was dead set on giving the Democrat a free audience under the guise of it being a “forum” to meet the candidates…

Former State Representative Andrew Halcro is registering in at 7% in the Alaskan gubernatorial contest. This comes from a new poll released by Ivan Moore Research.
This poll also shows Republican and former Wasilla Mayor Sarah Palin leading Democratic former Governor Tony Knowles by 11 points, 48% to 39%.

Tammy Lee is sending out a direct mailing featuring a photo of herself with retiring incumbent Martin Sabo. Lee is Minnesota Independence Party nominee for U.S. Congress in MN-5.
