Happy Birthday, LP! Thanks for reducing overall net liberty and enabling the major parties and government abuse to grow unfettered for 35 years by making the whole libertarian quadrant choose between either accepting a party with who has put a purist interpretation of “principle” at the most extreme reaches of the quadrant above political realism and electability – or leaving the party, selling out to the major parties and failing there as well. Job well done.

It’s also too late to change the course of your failure, I sadly feel. Many have tried, but the barriers are just too high and your stereotypes are already engrained in peoples’ consciousness. I hope you are laid to rest peacefully and respectfully and reincarnated as something that actually works next time.

Happy 35th birthday for the Libertarian Party? To hell with that! The same party that nominated the son of Spock instead of Aaron Russo for President. By the way people need to be promoting aaron russo’s new movie as much as possible. America…fromfreedomtofascism. Check it out. I am on the Executive committee of the Reform Party and I am trying to get a Senate candidate to run on the Reform Party ticket against Gordon Smith in 2008. Smith is terrible on the immigration issue and he is a day late and a dollar short in his opposition to the IRAQ War. He is terrible on the trade issue also. Happy Birthday Libertarian Party. Let’s hope you honor the LP’s history and past successes by nominating a top-notch Presidential candidate for 2008.

Maybe an Ed Thompson, Penn Jillette, Dennis Miller, Neal Boortz, Larry Elder, Jesse Ventura, Gary Johnson, Sheriff Bill Masters, Judge Robert Gray, Art Olivier, or someone of that 1st or 2nd tier caliber.

PLEASE don’t nominate some knucklehead Nobody like George Phillies, Carol Moore, Jacob Hornberger, Ernie Hancock or Steve Kubby.
