If someone sponsors legislation that would allow abortion in the cases of rape and incest they are, by definition, pro-abortion. Planned parenthood has supported phony “pro-life” legislation supported by phony “pro-life” groups because they realize that such legislation codifies baby murder into law.

=If that's your way of thinking, then abortion will forever be legal because of your selfishness. You can overturn Roe V. Wade, but you can't have it your way pal.

Why would a pro-abort sponsor a bill that saves 97% or 99% of the unborn? I don't think a pro-abortionist would support ANYTHING that's even 1/2 of a percent Pro-Life. Think before you type Joe.

If pro-aborts sponsor bills that include the rape and incest exceptions we must understand that they are directly attacking the personhood of the child, and the sacredness of all life.

Even if such legislation gets defeated time and again and abortion continues as Planned Parenthood laughs at us behind our backs?

I think Rick Jore has the right idea. We must continually stand and declare that EVERY child has the right to live-regardless of the circumstances of conception, alleged threat to the mothers health/life, or any other excuse which is raised as to why it is OK to kill children.

Correcting myself here: They probably got their audio from A. D. Gettis, of "Montana's 3rd Party News", rather than from mine on cpomt.webhop.org. I assumed that it came from mine, because they just happened to name their file exactly the same as I did {HB403.MP3}, caps. 'n' all--great minds think alike, I guess. :^)

Anyway, thanks for the link, Brad. I also busted up the MP3 on cpomt.webhop.org today into smaller chunks containing separate main parts of the reading--as follows:
 1-Jore's Intro
 2-Dr. Johnston's Testimony
 3-Other Proponents
 4-Opponents
 5-Committee Discussion

Thanks Kurtis. I have corrected the entry to indicate that it is audio, not video and have also linked to the Constitution Party of Montana's website.

I'm not finding any video at the supplied link. There IS an MP3 (audio) file there, which appears to possibly be a cut from the MP3 that I put up on cpomt.webhop.org yesterday.

I would love to get video of that hearing, if it really exists and if anyone knows where I might find it, as I'd like to post it on cpomt.webhop.org.

If anyone is interested, though the MP3 on cpomt.webhop.org is much more bulky, it contains the whole discussion on HB 403 at the hearing. It was interesting to see how weak, in my opinion, that the opponents' arguments were.
