Constitution Party of Florida member left GOP when her former lover was elected governor

Tucker said she has no way to be sure whether Crist is the father. A DNA test would determine that, but Tucker said, “We’ve never asked him to take one. Our daughter has said if he gives his DNA, she will. . .”

. . . Townsend, meanwhile, has made it clear she wants nothing to do with the new governor or his party. She left the Republican Party in October after Crist became its state standard-bearer. Now she’s one of 847 Floridians in the Constitution Party of Florida. The party’s Web site said it aims to “restore American jurisprudence to its Biblical foundations and to limit the federal government to its Constitutional boundaries.”

Since 2003, she had served on the Florida Film and Entertainment Advisory Council. Her term was not due to expire until August. After Crist was elected, she quit, sending outgoing Gov. Jeb Bush a brief e-mail Dec. 19 thanking him for the opportunity. But that communication was misplaced for weeks, finally landing on the governor’s desk Feb. 1. Crist accepted the resignation without comment.

Brad, do you only post articles that are absurd (the 13 year old for Pres) or anti-CP/absurd?

  2. Cody Quirk Says:

Brad’s with the American Heritage Party, or his state affiliate broke off the CP to get on board with that Party.

    Of course he does.

  3. Cody Quirk Says:

If this is a smear article, it fails to do so.

  4. Cody Quirk Says:

And also Brad needs to edit the Title, it should be: “....Florida MEMBER left…”

  5. Anthony Distler Says:

I think this WAS intended to smear, but it came out more as an attack on Crist then it did on the Constitution Party. But I think, overall, nobody really cares.

  6. Trent Hill Says:

Whatever, doesn’t matter. I just LOVE how people get mad at Cody for “editorializing” but then Brad posts like 10 things in a row about “ZOMG THE CP IS EVIL!”
He forgets that he was a part of this party pretty recently.
Also, what does it have to do with anything that shes in the CP? Guess what? There are big government advocates in the Libertarian party. There are non-environmentalists in the Green party. Hell, there are even probably MORMONS in the AHP! GASP!

    Trent,

I don’t get mad at Cody for editorializing, even when I sometimes disagree with him. This whole site is about editorializing. I am not sure what ten things in a row you are talking about. I don’t know what “ZOMG” means but the article does not say CP is evil. This site is called “Third Party Watch” and here we have a major newspaper reporting on someone leaving the Republican Party for the Constitution Party when her alleged lover was elected governor. I agree with Cody on this one. The article does not smear the Constitution Party. He pointed out the typo, which was unintentional on my party, and I corrected it.

  8. Trent Hill Says:

    Brad,

ZOMG is just a sarcastic way of saying “Oh my gosh”.

Being an ex-CPer,you posting articles like this makes it look very much like a smear campaign. Cody wasnt saying that wasnt your intention. He was saying that it did not SUCCEED.

  9. Brad Winthrop Says:

I did not write the article. I don’t think Fechter and March intended it as a smear, but I agree with Anthony that Crist and the GOP come off looking much worse than the Constitution Party of Florida. If no one cared about it I don’t think they would have written the article and if he membership in the Constitution Party of Florida was not relevant, they would not have included that information.

  10. Trent Hill Says:

    Brad,

    Hopefully I misunderstood your intentions.

  11. Cody Quirk Says:

I haven’t had any criticism from Brad yet.
Though Angela Wittman, that little Chihuahua named Frank Kellam, and a few others seem to have a 2 by 4 on their shoulder when I speak or post a article:)

I think Crist is probably a Mainstream Libertarian.

I don’t have a lot of evidence about that yet, but give me a few minutes and I’ll find something.

We already know he is a Republican and screws around with crazy chicks, so that’s a good start.

Now, given that we have established that he is a Libertarian Republican it also logically follows that he is a Truth teller.

So if this chick is not lying about him being the baby daddy but they never had vaginal intercourse how is it possible?

Maybe the vaginal lining separating her pussy from her anal passage was torn from overuse, and the sperm leaked through into the birth canal unbeknonst to Crist? Or perhaps she pretended to swallow his jizz, then spit it up and smeared it into her Quim in the crapper?

There are many intriguing possibilities here. But I think the important thing is that Crist is definitely a Libertarian Republican.

Now, let me go fish for some flimsy evidence to back that up with.

    TMI

I don’t want to hear it please!

This woman should be the CP presidential candidate in ‘08!

She’s so strongly pro-life that she spreads her legs for any man who wants some, pops out the babies, and then foists them on the adoption system.

    Awesome!

She also has the typical CP victim’s mentality that the rich, the bankers, the Mexicans, and the Jews are all plotting against us – and every man she ever bangs is an abuser.

I think she would make a great candidate.
