I have it from close sources that they include former members of the Conservative Party, Right to Life Party, Republican party, and even Democratic Party. I remember while he was campaigning for president Kerry said that the reason he voted for the Patriot Act was that he had not read it. The major problem is that by far the majority of bills in Congress are written by lobbyists for business interests that have pending or on going shill paid for Senators or Congressmen. It is very rare to find a bill written by the actual Senator or Congressman that introduces it these days.
