Hammer of Truth Ready for Re-Launch
We were made aware of this latest development by a comment poster (thanks Gadsden member!):
My vision of LibertyMix and a reborn Hammer of Truth was never just another ho-hum echo chamber blog or forum. My vision was always massive, and those kinds of ideas take time to become reality.I’m sorry things have taken so long. Truly, I am apologetic. Mea culpa for the silence, mea culpa for everything. In retrospect, I should have kept my mouth shut about any new site until the day I launched it. And I especially shouldn’t have taken accepted payments upfront for upgraded accounts. You folks have my eternal gratitude for your patience, and I’m doing everything to make sure you’ll be given special treatment as lifetime gadsden members.
I’ll be launching a development blog early tomorrow (5/25) and will use it to release ongoing screenshots and keep people better informed of progress until an eventual launch.
I know this falls on some deaf ears, and I don’t blame some of you. But keep in mind that while I may have faltered at the starting gate a few times here, my overall track record of libertarian work shows that the fire of liberty that burns within me keeps me honest with my friends and in my life.

I’m excited to see what the new site looks like – I know everyone else is too.
Just keep me in the loop and I won’t become irate. Take it as a compliment that people are so psyched about it that they’re growing impatient waiting.
You are the libertarian version of Johnny Rotten – and I consider that to be a high compliment (I dig punk rock).
Can’t wait to see it!

Not only is it not ready after a year and a half, but it’s SO far from being ready, that he had to start a blog about his quest to finish it? Usually when people start a blog about a process, they expect that process to last quite a while, right?
It’s been 5 months since the last update, in which he made it sound as though the site would come in mere weeks, if not days. Don’t hold your breath.
Prove me wrong, SVD - I’d love it.

Meg, the blog serves a necessary purpose post-launch as well (development is eternal). I know you don’t have many kind words for me, and that’s my own fault. But please don’t try and paint me into a corner where I’m damned if I don’t communicate progress and doubly damned if I do.
I’m not going to make any excuses, I fucked this up on my own. My goal here isn’t to prove you wrong on this taking so long, it’s to put a halt to your false accusations of fraud and scam.
I’m doing what I should. Let me.

Be careful… Pointing out the dozen or so missed deadlines is considered “whining” by some. And asking where the donated money went is strictly taboo.
