Jindal will probably win without even a runnoff. Which why I don’t feel bad exploring T. Lee Horne and Walter Boasso. T. Lee Horne has endorsed Ron Paul though—and therefore probably has my vote. I do like Jindal though.
As for where i’ve been, working+school+fiance=no trent.
Iv got a new blog, as i’m sure you’ve seen. I’ll be posting there pretty regularly.

That’s how I feel about Hanson too. I find that he is wrong on a number of issues, and that his burlesque approach turns more people off than on. But he is doing something right—-and i’v taken notes.

Had he been “excommunicated”, he would still have out-produced, both in terms of quantity and quality, than 98% of the other CP state affiliates combined. Regardless what you think or read about him, it is remarkable to see what he has done when compared to most states who continuously fail to get double digit turn outs for state meetings. I’m naive enough to think that he does this all by himself, which is even more amazing because he seeks or attracts professional reformist and empowers them to be active. And the proof, as they say, is in the pudding.

I’v asked myself the same question. But where else would I go? The open borders, pro-choice libertarian party isn’t exactly my ideal party either. Currently I would have to label myself a Republitarian-Constitutionalist.
I figure I will most likely vote for the LP/CP in every race possible—unless I know the GOP guy to be better. The Governor’s race is REALLY giving me some trouble though. Between Bobby Jindal, T. Lee Horne, and Walter Boasso—Louisiana really cant lose.

No—the CP is protectionist and therefor against free-trade. Having a revenue tarriff is far different from having a protective tarriff.

The CP isn’t opposed to free trade with other nations, only that it must be regulated and depends on what specific country America is trading with.

Nationally, the CP stands up for smaller businesses and the American working man and working woman.

Even I don’t care for parts of the CP platform.
Yet that platform at the time was done as a compromise between the nutjobs and the majority of the Party; it was the best we could do then. Heck Andy- the CP Platform before then was even more dogmatic and extreme sounding!

Then again, the CP National Convention is next year, so a new Platform will be drawn up and will be better then the one we have now.

The CP is a political party constantly improving itself and finding better ways to communicate its message to the people and restructuring itself in order to reach new heights.

Chris was constantly harassed by the nutjobs in the CP including Ben Powers, and I believe he was being cynical in that quote and not serious, since he was up against people bashing Mormons in the Party and the IAP.
