Campaign Message from Don Grundmann

The Constitution recently sent out this message from their presidential candidate Don Grundmann:

New Vision for America
Dear Constitutionalist :

The essense of a campaign is communication – to put forth a vision and the ideas to impliment it. As a true confession I have been delinquent to you in my communications for while I have been doing many actions to fight the attacks which our nation is experiencing on many fronts I have not kept you, my fellow Constitutionalists, posted of these matters. For that I apologize and now set to work to correct the problem.

Since my last message to you the forces battling to preserve our nation have achieved a great victory is stopping the immigration ( amnesty ) bill which the enemies of our nation were attempting to pass ( and so sure of victory regarding ) in Washington. So we can take 2 seconds to give thanks and then continue the battle as with our actions here in California where I am the former Vice-President and now Media Spokesman of the Golden Gate Minutemen ( see us at goldengateminutemen .com ). Starting in Fremont ( 15 miles south of me ) we are organizing chapters around the Bay Area ( we have 5 so far ) and are working toward a Patriot Conference in January where we look forward to organizing our forces to run for elective offices ( from sheriff and city council on upward )throughout the region. Our most recent actions have been rallies against ” sanctuary cities ” and testimony at city council hearings ( as in Oakland ) against these criminal actions ( my reference ). This is in addition to numerous rallies to gain support for freeing our falsely accused and imprisoned border agents ( Ramos, Campeon, and others ) who have been so viciously attacked by our government in order to pave the way for the ultimate ” success ” of the Security and Prosperity Partnership ( SPP ) welding together of Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. – a outright treasonous action.

Another front in the war against America is the push for the legalization of homosexual marriage. I have been told by a extremely knowledgeable source that, due to the liberal majority, the California Supreme Court will in a upcoming ruling legalize pervert ( my term ) marriage in California. The fight to protect normal marriage by putting it into the California Constitution is just beginning.

The perverts are advancing on many fronts in California. So-called ” Gay-Straight Alliance ” clubs have been formed at high schools throughout the state in order to brainwash the students that all things pervert are normal and natural. At my own alma mater of San Leandro High School there are now 2 months, October and June, that are designated for celebrating perverts including putting pink triangles down the halls above the lockers with the names of famous perverts within them. Abraham Lincoln is included in this group because the perverts claim him to be one of their own. That is the origin of the pervert organization within the Republican Party known as the ” Log Cabin Club.” We should always remember that no matter any difficulties within our own party we are not as sick ( and openly so ) as our Republican and Democratic Party opposition.

Yet another pervert attack front is through what is called in California the ” Safe Schools ” program. The stated idea is that all name calling by children results in ” hurt feelings ” and that these hurt feelings stop the student from learning and ” being themselves.” Hence all name calling will be banned and those who make a mistake will be reeducated by the social engineers of the school system to be ” tolerant;” i.e; do as you are told and totally accept ” diversity ” OR ELSE. Of course the real purpose is something else and that is to protect any challenge to homosexuality by any student for any reason.

To accomplish this the school district in starting a program IN ALL GRADES INCLUDING KINDERGARDEN to indoctinate the students that 2 mommies, 2 daddies, and anything ” gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, or ’ questioning ’ ” is normal and natural. I have seen these programs, lessons, and books ( ” Heather has 2 Mommies, ” ” The Sissy Duck ” – now classroom textbooks ) myself. Perverts know that children must be mentally molested at the earliest possible age in order to break them from the religious foundations of their parents which would prevent them from embracing homosexuality in every and any manifestation. No ( normal ) child can be left behind.

The pervert attack in California includes having Gay Straight Alliance club ( found in high schools throughout the state ) members from throughout the state assembling at a theater near the capital for training in how to lobby the legislators. Our protest against the perverts was fimed by one of them who interviewed me and can be seen here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BEmFYfqMBuU. I recommend that you use the theme phrase on the sign I am holding in the film as part of a developing national campaign to turn the tide against the perverts. I will write more on this later and bumper stickers and larger signs as shown in the film with this message can be obtained by contacting me. At the school district meeting where I viewed the new pervert attack program against the school children the attendees were told that there is no Gay-Straight Alliance club for middle schools ( grades 7 and 8 ) ” YET.”

Yet another part of the war is presenting homosexual culture as normal and natural. The same theater which hosted the young high school perverts followed this up a few weeks later by showing a film ” Boy Culture ” which celebrated child prostitution. Our state committee meeting of the American Independent Party spent part of our afternoon session protesting at and against the theater for their sick action in showing and promoting this film. Our protest was covered by the local Fox channel on the evening news and featured the AIP as the principle protesting group.

On another front in the war for America the IRS recently suffered a major defeat by Attorney Tommy Cryer. You can find more information on this wonderful victory here : http://www.wnd.com/news/ article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=56855. This awesome victory is yet another nail in the coffin of the IRS; one of many to come which will seal their doom.

For those of you who can attend there is a Freedom Conference in Sacramento, California from Oct. 19th through the 21st which will be held by the Free Enterprise Society; a excellent organization which is among the leaders in the fight against the corruption of the IRS and the FED. I will have a table for the American Independent Party and the Constitution Party at this wonderful conference. You can go here : http://www.freeenterprisesociety.com/ for more details.

In regard to this great victory and the other topics of this letter I know that our citizens can feel dismayed at the victories of the enemies of America and can at times, perhaps with the IRS or against other enemies, feel that our foes cannot be defeated. In answer to these thoughts and for the low moments which we may have I want to remind you that only God is undefeated. Now matter how strong the enemies of America may appear to be, or may actually be, they are most definately NOT invincible. Only our Creator and Savior is so.

Lastly I want to note that although our ability to communicate is fantastically advanced it is not totally infallible. For those several of you who have called me and I have not responded it is simply because the audio recording of your voice was so garbled and distorted that I could not understand your name or phone number. So please call back and use my cell phone of 510-7600968. Thanks.

God bless you and may God bless our battle to save our nation with victory.

Best to you,

Don J. Grundmann

P.S. – You are welcome to call me at any time at my cell phone ( 510-7600968 ). I will be happy to discuss any ideas/questions/ thoughts which you may have.

Great on abused veterans, as per the standing ovation after his 2004 speech at the Constitutional Party national convention!

  2. Captain Neon Says:

Don Grundmann did not speak at the 2004 CP National convention. I think you mean the CP national committee meeting in Boise spring 2007.

Too bad the CP refuses to give Don Grundmann a fair shake. He’s probably their best choice! They are too busy twisting flip-flopper Chuck Baldwin’s arm to run as the CP’s Pres. candidate since Jerry Corsi and Jim Gilchrist both got wise and turned them down.

By this time in 2003, it was a foregone conclusion that Michael Anthony Peroutka would be the nominee. Fast forward four years, and the CP is back to ignoring interested candidates, and begging other[s] months before their national convention, just like in 1999/2000. Will they change their name again just like 1999?

  3. Cody Quirk Says:

=Coming from a guy displaying a anti-Mormon cartoon on his resignation which was so full of errors that I corrected in another TPW blog. You must be doing some illegal substances to come to that conclusion!

They are too busy twisting flip-flopper Chuck Baldwin’s arm to run as the CP’s Pres. candidate since Jerry Corsi and Jim Gilchrist both got wise and turned them down.

=Actually Jim Clymer is filling in the slot while Chuck is going to be running for VP in those states that demand a presidential ticket to get on the ballot. Jerome can’t run because of his obligation to WND and Jim flip-flopped on the CP and went back to the GOP. BTW Jerome is still a registered member of the Party and constantly attends CP national events.
Can’t you get your facts right?

=Since Michael is out of the picture, and Thank God for that, a lot of CP’ers are waiting on what would happen with Ron Paul for now. And that would be great if the CP changes their name.

  4. Cody Quirk Says:

It’s easy for someone to criticise when that person isn’t doing anything politically.

  5. Captain Neon Says:

“It’s easy for someone to criticise when that person isn’t doing anything politically.” —Herr Cody Quirk, college drop-out

Oh, Cody. You have no idea where I am currently politcally involved and, frankly, it’s none of your business. To say that I am not doing anything politically is simply untrue. I am so much more effective dealing directly with issues in a non-partisan venue than I ever was trying to promote a political party.

A good friend of mine recommended after the 2004 elections that patriots engage in leaderless resistance, and I have adopted that approach. It has been wildly successful because I’m not trying to sign anybody up for anything. It also matters not where I am in these united States of America when I engage in my politcal activity. No one’s backside to polish before I can do anything. Let’s just say I am truly independent politically for the first time in over 30 years.

  6. Cody Quirk Says:

“Oh, Cody. You have no idea where I am currently politcally involved and, frankly, it’s none of your business.”

Her Ben Powers, Party dropout and antiMormon.

=Basically you’re doing nothing. I can read in-between the lines.

To say that I am not doing anything politically is simply untrue. I am so much more effective dealing directly with issues in a non-partisan venue than I ever was trying to promote a political party.

=Of course, in your own world. Just like you were effective in getting 0.25% of the vote in the 2006 Senate race!

    (sarcasm off)

A good friend of mine recommended after the 2004 elections that patriots engage in leaderless resistance, and I have adopted that approach.

=isn’t that also the strategy of those Muslim terrorist groups in the middle east?

It has been wildly successful because I’m not trying to sign anybody up for anything. It also matters not where I am in these united States of America when I engage in my politcal activity. No one’s backside to polish before I can do anything. Let’s just say I am truly independent politically for the first time in over 30 years.

=Yet your idealogy is not “Independent”. Why do you find need the tear down the CP then if you’ve moved on? or perhaps you haven’t at all.

  7. Bri Says:

=isn’t that also the strategy of those Muslim terrorist groups in the middle east?

Sounds like Mr. Powers is on to something. The Muslim “terrorists” have been quite successful at kicking the snot out of well-trained US soldiers and Marines. It is also the same strategy that kept the British army bottled up while the American colonists waited for the French navy to save them. Sounds like you need to read some history or at the very least watch Mel Gibson’s Patriot. Too bad you flunked out of junior college…

=It’s also a strategy that some White Supremacist and militia groups used in the 1990’s.

Sounds like you need to read some history or at the very least watch Mel Gibson’s Patriot. Too bad you flunked out of junior college…

=Judging by your lack of intellenge, dropping out and flunking are two different things, especially with costs of classes and taking care of a family.
‘Leaderless resistance’ is best for the battlefield and armed resistance movements, but not politics.
Little gets accomplished by lack of structure, division, in-fighting, and other problems that associate with constitutionalist groups and third-parties in general.

Of course a political jezebel like you wouldn’t know. So go on back to your Male dominated fantasy world Brianna.

  9. Cody Quirk Says:

    *intellegence

  10. Bri Says:

It matters not WHO uses a technique. It only matters if it is ethical and it works. Your strawman tactics are absurd.

I can read between the lines too. Just because you have so little self-control that you decided to use JC as subsidized dating, and now blame your wife for your failures is so typical. There are people with much greater obstacles that succeed at junior college, and never blame anyone. It’s NEVER Cody’s fault. The CP is failing because it’s Ben Powers’ fault. Cody can’t get a good job and that is his wife’s fault.

Your lack of INTELLIGENCE and critical thinking skills are obvious to anyone with an IQ over 100. At least two people from your own party (AIPCA), including Gary Odom, have stated on this forum that you are a liability to the CP.

Grow up, punk! You criticize Mr. Powers because his US Senate campaign scored 0.25%. Don’t forget that the CPMN went from 8% to barely 0.5% in two years (1998 to 2000)!! Then fell all the way to barely 0.1% for over 4 years (2000 to 2005). Ben Powers doubled the appeal of the CPMN almost single-handedly in a 5-way race not by blaming others for the CPMN’s poor historical performance, but by being passionate and working hard. Having a brain in his head didn’t hurt.

This was all pointed out to you by someone from the CPMN (SovereignMN) despite disagreeing with Mr. Powers’ stance on the IAPNV. While both John Robillard and “SovereignMN” disagree with Mr. Powers, they acknowledged his patriotic commitment & principles on this forum, even lamenting his decision to leave the CP to become an independent. They recognize him as a leader and even sincerely wished him well in whatever his endeavors may be, because he gets things done.

Hey, Cody, put up or shut up. Your “uncle” Ed Noonan is always begging for AIPCA candidates. Why not run for Governor or something? The AIPCA has only managed to maintain for over decade. We’re all interested in how Quirk for Congress will do in 2008! Ben Powers put himself out there and you have no right to criticize HIM when you are too busy making childish comments on TPW. Actually double the AIPCA’s (or wherever you live now) voter turn-out or just shut-up about Mr. Powers’ voter turn-out. He got a higher percentage in 2006 than you, and there is no doubt about that, armchair politician.

  11. Cody Quirk Says:

It matters not WHO uses a technique. It only matters if it is ethical and it works. Your strawman tactics are absurd.

=As is your ad hominem rhetoric. Hypocrite!

I can read between the lines too. Just because you have so little self-control that you decided to use JC as subsidized dating, and now blame your wife for your failures is so typical.

=There you go again, did I say I was blaming my wife? Wow, you suck at rebuttals! GET A CLUE!

There are people with much greater obstacles that succeed at junior college, and never blame anyone. It’s NEVER Cody’s fault. The CP is failing because it’s Ben Powers’ fault. Cody can’t get a good job and that is his wife’s fault.

=It isn’t failing you simpleton. Especially with all the activism that’s going on, quite the opposite, but a Bush lover like you can’t accept that. For now I’m not taking college but I will in the future when I got time and money. You need to take some meds Brianna. Because the CPMN gained a office-holder months ago.

=So put up or shut up your about CP success Brianna!

Your lack of INTELLIGENCE and critical thinking skills are obvious to anyone with an IQ over 100. At least two people from your own party (AIPCA), including Gary Odom, have stated on this forum that you are a liability to the CP.

=I could give a damn. I do not desire leadership in the CP and I operate as a rogue and I don’t operate under CP rules. I’d say my viciousness is justified compaired to you, and the pathedic attacks of former CP’ers and other nutjobs of your type.

Grow up, punk! You criticize Mr. Powers because his US Senate campaign scored 0.25%. Don’t forget that the CPMN went from 8% to barely 0.5% in two years (1998 to 2000)!!

=With Ben Powers in the mix of course. Yet the IAP has done a LOT better and their candidates got more votes and a better percentage then Ben did.
Yet you love to tear down the CP, including others that have done better and worked harder for the CP. Nobody likes a hypocrite Bri.
In fact my Party’s candidates did better too. Including Ed Noonan, who got a larger amount of votes and a better percentage then Ben! Ben’s performace was probably the worst of any CP candidate, even if he did try to get out the vote and campaign. A solid majority of CP candidates all over nationally did better then him.

=Yes, I admit he did his best and didn’t cause any problems for the Party campaigning for US Senate, I recognize that. Yet Minnesotans didn’t give him a good amount of votes. And you failed to realize that the CPMN was still going downhill with Ben previously on board. Yet didn’t Ben decide to take it out on the Mormons when he resigned?

This was all pointed out to you by someone from the CPMN (SovereignMN) despite disagreeing with Mr. Powers’ stance on the IAPNV.

=Hey simpleton! The CPMN didn’t evolve around Ben, nor were they dependent on him!

While both John Robillard and “SovereignMN” disagree with Mr. Powers, they acknowledged his patriotic commitment & principles on this forum, even lamenting his decision to leave the CP to become an independent.

= You’re taking things out of centext Bri. The CPMN can get its act together wihout him. In fact the CPMN could’ve done better then depend on that one man.

They recognize him as a leader and even sincerely wished him well in whatever his endeavors may be, because he gets things done.

=He got little amount of votes and the CPMN still couldn’t match up to the way it was in the 90’s. His departure was for the best.

Hey, Cody, put up or shut up.

=Hey Brianna, why don’t do go see a shrink you jezebel nutjob! You claimed the CP was considering San Diego as one of the potential sites of the 2008 national convention when that was a lie! They were considering Phoenix as the other city you idiot! So that makes you one stupid liar too.
I’ve done my fair share of political activism and intend to do more next year. What about you Brianna? What have you done? Have you done anything politically at all even? I have.

Your “uncle” Ed Noonan is always begging for AIPCA candidates.

=And my ‘uncle’ did much better then Ben in the 2006 elections, even with little money and publicity, he still got that higher percentage. Obviously Ben isn’t begging for AHP or CLP candidates.

Why not run for Governor or something?

=I’ll run for something in due time.

The AIPCA has only managed to maintain for over decade. We’re all interested in how Quirk for Congress will do in 2008!

=I’m sure better then you if you ran for office! And I intend to run for a local office in the future, that’s how you work your way up the food chain by starting out small. But a dumba** like you wouldn’t know that.

Ben Powers put himself out there and you have no right to criticize HIM when you are too busy making childish comments on TPW.

=Ben’s comments on TPW define ‘childish’, as is hooking a anti-Mormon cartoon to his resignation letter or blaming Mormons. If my own comments are ‘childish’, then your comments compaire to a baby learning her first words.

Actually double the AIPCA’s (or wherever you live now) voter turn-out or just shut-up about Mr. Powers’ voter turn-out.

=I don’t think so, unless you and him want to shut up about the CP.

=We’ll be moving soon, so the AIP won’t matter when we’re living in another state. But expect to see more IAP candidates running next year!

He got a higher percentage in 2006 than you, and there is no doubt about that, armchair politician.

=Jeeze, I don’t remember running for an office then. Brianna get your facts straight! How about you run for an office? I’d like to see how you’d do:)

Of course a Calvinist loving sumissive female like you probably wouldn’t get enough votes to fill a gas station rest room.

  12. Cody Quirk Says:

How about you let Ben defend himself here, rather then making him look even more stupid in your crying fits.

  13. Cody Quirk Says:

One thing I do have to give Ben credit for here, is that he does have better intellegence then you Brianna.

  14. Bri Says:

Again, you prove how blindly ignorant you are! Since you chose to work for barely above minimum wage and play political pundit in 2006 and not run for office you got ZERO votes. If Mr. Powers only got one vote in 2006, he still beat you because he championed a cause. Again, you dodge the fact that Ben Powers more than doubled the CPMN’s voter turn-out in 2006. Did any one else do that in the CP? I kind’a doubt it.

Cody, for all you know, I MIGHT be a staffer at the GOP in my state. I may even be a county chair. I may even work at the White House or for a GOP Congressman. I may even be a paid employee of Paul 2008. You have absolutely no clue who I am or what I do for a living or politically. I may even be a lesbian! You have no idea! Go ahead, call me crazy. Any insult from the likes of you is entertainment. You are so easy to wind up; just like a cheap Chinese-made plastic toy. It is almost too easy!

  15. Bri Says:

Ben Powers did not join the CP until 2003. He stated as much in his resignation letter back in March. Here, I’ll post the link here for ya. http://www.theamericanview.com/index.php?id=803

He had absolutely nothing to do with the CP’s slide from 1998 to 2000, and at least something to do w/ adding the Mayor of Paynesville to the CP fold as he was the only CP candidate he could vote for and may have even been aware of. May not have even heard of the CP until he heard of Ben’s campaign, but that’s just a possibility.

  16. Cody Quirk Says:

Again, you prove how blindly ignorant you are! Since you chose to work for barely above minimum wage and play political pundit in 2006 and not run for office you got ZERO votes.

=You’re the one that’s ignorant, I don’t work minimun wage! LOL!
BTW which one of us writes for TPW?:D And unfortunately I did not file to run for an office, so even I can accuse my mother or uncle of getting zero votes in 2006! Hahahahaha! I can see how logical your argument is!

If Mr. Powers only got one vote in 2006, he still beat you because he championed a cause. Again, you dodge the fact that Ben Powers more than doubled the CPMN’s voter turn-out in 2006. Did any one else do that in the CP? I kind’a doubt it.

=What about the previous voter turn outs, like in 2000? David Swan got more votes then him for US Senate. Why do you want to turn Ben into a man-god?

=And Chris Hansen did more for his Party then Ben did, especially getting two IAP’ers elected in 2006 and nearly quadrupling the IAP voter turn out in the 2006 Nevada Governors race then the 2002 one.

Cody, for all you know, I MIGHT be a staffer at the GOP in my state. I may even be a county chair. I may even work at the White House or for a GOP Congressman.

=Doubt it, you’re way too naive and out-there to be in such a position. God help us if you are.

I may even be a paid employee of Paul 2008.

=Looks like Ron isn’t going to make it next year then with you on board.

You have absolutely no clue who I am or what I do for a living or politically.

=Neither do you, I don’t work a minimun wage job like you said I do! And the CP never was looking at San Diego for next year. I guess I can’t take you seriously at all.

I may even be a lesbian!

=Yet you praise people that would institute a death penalty for homosexuals if they had the power to. Wow! You really are dumber then I think you are!

You have no idea! Go ahead, call me crazy.

=I think its a actual fact that you are. You think Mormons have no respect for womens rights and that ticks you off, yet you favor those that would take away every right a woman has, including the 19th Amendment! It’s a no brainer that you are crazy.

Any insult from the likes of you is entertainment.

=I’m of Irish stock so of course its entertainment!

You are so easy to wind up; just like a cheap Chinese-made plastic toy. It is almost too easy!

=Yet a coward like you doesn’t always stay to finish her argument til’ the end, nor can she stop her ad hominem logic from controlling her attitude.

Don’t worry Brianna, I won’t lose sleep over you tonight!

  17. Cody Quirk Says:

He had absolutely nothing to do with the CP’s slide from 1998 to 2000,

=When I checked out the Senatorial elections on David Leip’s website, it looks like the CPMN was actually wasn’t doing that bad at all. especially in 2000, it did better then 2006.

and at least something to do w/ adding the Mayor of Paynesville to the CP fold as he was the only CP candidate he could vote for and may have even been aware of. May not have even heard of the CP until he heard of Ben’s campaign, but that’s just a possibility.

“...I’ve been studying the Constitution Party for some time, and have seen it as a very principled party, with a very strong and stable platform. But, I had been hesitant to take the plunge until learning of the new Veteran’s Coalition. At last I’ve found a party that takes our country’s veterans seriously and is not interested in using them as political pawns or cannon fodder in political battles.”

    http://constitution-party.com/news.php?aid=401

A Quote from Jeff Thompson himself. So it was the National Veterans Coalition that did it for him, not Ben at all. So it’s not a possiblity.

  18. Cody Quirk Says:

    Thought so.

Nothing but a cowardly pathedic Calvinist whore.
