   I wonder if the Russian press had anything to say about Hillary and Obama’s criticism of Putin’s new heir-apparent. Nah, criticizing Putin pubically can be hazardous to your health.

   I will of course if necessary take this up with the Court at the

   upcoming Contempt of Court Hearing.

   I further find this “committee” on the same moral standing as the House

   Unamerican Activities Committee of the 1950’s and NAZI Germany’s
   “People’s Court” [and Stalin’s “Show Trials”].

   You should hang your head in shame and resign.

   The 2/26/08 RPUSA National Committee adopted the following motion by
   unanimous vote:

   The National Committee directs the Formation of ‘RPUSA National
   Special
   Investigative Committee on Inappropriate Behavior’, charged with
   Investigating:

   a) Improper Contacts with Expelled, Suspended Members,
   b) Improper contacts with legal Opposition in RPUSA litigation,
   c) Propagating potentially libelous materials with RPUSA resources,
   d) Potentially defrauding RPUSA,
   e) Gross Failure to uphold the RPUSA Constitution,
   f) Fiducial gross misconduct,
   g) misuse and/or unauthorized use of RPUSA address;

   and such investigations shall be applicable to both individuals and
   RPUSA Office Holders, and this Committee is further charged with
   recommendations including proffering charges and specification for possible
   disciplinary action(s) against offending individuals and/or Officers
   claiming rights within RPUSA and is to report back at the next following
   National Committee meeting where feasible.

   This Committee (‘RPUSA National Special Investigative Committee on
   Inappropriate Behavior’) shall consist of a Committee Chair Bambey, whose
   appointment is directed and who are members Blare, Jones whose
   appointments are directed, with the National Chair and Committee Chair

   so directed.

   This Committee (‘RPUSA National Special Investigative Committee on
   Inappropriate Behavior’) may not be dissolved without approval of the
   National Committee and the National Chair is so directed (against
   unapproved dissolution).

   Acting RPUSA Chair John Bambey announced at this 2/26/08 RPUSA
   National Committee Meeting, the appointment of John Bambey as Chair of the
   ‘RPUSA National Special Investigative Committee on Inappropriate
   Behavior’,
   and announces the appointment to this Committee Ken Jones and John
   Blare as members,
   both acts in compliance with the prior National Committee directive of
   2/26/08.
