They used Barr’s name as a placeholder.
“Most voters don’t know enough about Barr to have an opinion of him.”
Meaning ‘Libertarian’ sounded better than ‘Nader’ (and WTF? They included Nader as the ‘Green Party’ candidate? Makes me somewhat doubt their research skills) to a bunch of folks.
“Rasmussen Reports does not typically include the names of minor third party candidates because early polls tend to dramatically overstate their ultimate level of support. However, it is occasionally useful to review the possibilities and explore what impact these candidates might have on determining the next resident of the White House.”
Meaning: “This stuff is a load of hooey, but we’re offering it anyway to get the pot stirred up about ‘spoilers’.”
AKA: slow news day.

Just so you know, I’ve been doing some work for John Murphy (an independent endorsed by the Libertarian, Green, and Reform Parties running for Congress) and I set up a Youtube page and a Facebook page for him:

I really enjoyed this video, although I was paying attention to Karen DePodwin and trying to ignore Gravel as much as possible.
