Well, personally I believe folks should run on their own party labels if that is available to them, but if the majors keep us from running as the nominee of our party of choice, I say run. In fact, since South Carolina is a fusion state, if I were running for a partisan local office I would enter the Republican Primary and run as a Green. This county votes Republican, and the primary turn out is low enough that thirty people well organized and disciplined could win such a race.

Too bad there are only three of us. ;-)

It may very be jason that he’s an infiltrator but so what? This is America. He can run on what ever party label he likes. This is what I’ve been urging non-major party people to do for the past couple of years. It’s a joy to watch it come to fruition and be a success. Even if he loses in the fall, he’s already won.

This is odd considering the incumbent senator is a Democrat (albeit a conservative Democrat). I really hope this guy Kelleher wins the race. It's obvious he's running as a Republican just to be able to get elected, not because he believes in any Republican Party values. Maybe more greens should infiltrate the Republican Party like him.

Two words: Ron Paul.

22% of Montanan's voted for Paul Tuesday. They had to vote for someone for the U.S. Senate. Who do you think it was?
