If they are not essentially over, then they need to be ended extremely quickly. I would like to see Green Party candidates elected to many positions in the US House, US Senate, Oregon House, and Oregon House! I wish Steve Novick (instead of Merkely) had won the Democratic Party nomination of the US Senate position from Oregon. We've finally defeated Al Qaeda in Iraq and Afghanistan. Both Wars are essentially over. Does he want to reverse course, and tell Al Qaeda that they have actually won?
