Baldwin campaigning in Southern California

Another presidential campaign stopped in the Inland area Thursday, albeit without the usual trappings of a national campaign: no motorcade, traveling press or Secret Service.
In fact, Chuck Baldwin’s appearance at the Mission Inn Restaurant was so low-key that diners probably had no idea there was a presidential candidate in their midst. Baldwin, the nominee for the Constitution Party, quietly ate bacon and eggs with a half-dozen supporters, trading tales of deer hunting and lamenting the influence of “liberal Democrats.”
Baldwin, 56, is on a swing through Southern California this week to build support for his presidential bid. His stop at the downtown Riverside restaurant was one of several meetings and radio interviews scheduled for the next few days.

He and his party, which is known as the American Independent Party here, have little name recognition but hope to woo voters not interested in Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., or Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill.
Baldwin, a pastor from Pensacola, Fla., describes the two major parties as having not a “nickel’s worth of difference” between them. Sprinkling his remarks with words like “kinfolk” (his relatives in Arkansas) to “terrific” (his diehard supporters), he said voters are ready for something new.
“I want the American people to hear from a guy who will shoot straight,” he said. “They’re not hearing it from the two major parties.”

If you can get Theocracy from Chuck BaldWIN’s campaign site, you’re reading between lines that aren’t there, friends. As a believing Christian his beliefs are opposed to certain sins, however he desires a return to a Constitutional Republic like this country had for over 150. As a believing Christian and church pastor his life and language is joined to God everyday. So he uses God in his language more than other candidates. He is NOT seeking to create a theocracy. You as gays, athiests, or whatever are opposed to certain things too, however a return to a Constitutional Republic should be desirable by most people including yourselves.

For me there is little difference between Obama, McCain and Barr; all support the bogus war on terrorism which only takes away our civil liberties and moves us towards a New World Order.
Baldwin is the only candidate that takes a stand on the 9-11 cover up.
Unless Baldwin can raise serious money in the next four weeks, it will not matter because he will not be on ballots.

Chuck is doing great in California. I know, I am on his campaign trail here. He is meeting American Legion brass, U.S.Customs brass, Border Patrol brass, and is getting a VERY warm response from many many “anti-illegal immigration” groups in California. The Minutemen and veterans are getting behind him in droves. MANY AMERICANS ARE VERY UPSET ABOUT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. Bob Barr is VERY weak on border issues and the immigration issue. Chuck will tear him apart on that one. And is !!
Barr is terrible on Abortion. Pro-life groups are rallying behind Chuck.
Today, Chuck and myself are appearing at a huge VETERANS RALLY where the TV and local news media will be at. The NATIONAL VETERANS COALITION will be escorting Chuck Baldwin to this event.

Kyle, if the TRUTH movement would get behind him now and help collect the signatures he could break into the 400+ Electoral College range. That would be outstanding. Chuck needs to emphasize ballot access and the need for volunteers more when he’s on national and regional radio talk shows. He has actually stated he is in favor of an independent investigation (no CFR Hamilton & CFR Weld overseeing the investigation this time!) , that is MUCH more than Ron Paul would even say to help the movement.
