Catholic Trotskyist must be ok with paying taxes to fund corporate welfare. OK with millions without healthcare, ok with losing civil liberties, with the hope of getting someone who has "Chrtistian" principles? When the blinders are removed and truth revealed, the only candidate who has a record which is of, by and for the people is Mr. Nader. When "our" governmental agencies are headed by appointees from corporations do you really believe what is "accomplished" is "for the people"? If Mr. Obama had "We the people" as his incentive, Student Nader Raider would not have been able to contribute with stated comments. If Mr. Obama was truthful when speaking his agenda. there would be no need for him to fear allowing Mr. Nader to debate. Because the Presidential Debate Commission is a farce of the two party system, Mr. Nader will not be allowed to debate. Is this what would happen in a democracy? The labels used to describe Mr. Nader says more about Catholic Trotskyist than it does about Mr. Nader. "News" entertainers and political operatives use of labels, attempts to spin away what is really happening and negative sound bites, do not change what is real. If Mr. Nader is "not relevent", God help us. The only reason Carol Fowler in not "fringhtened by a by a Ralph Nader candidacy" is the media is coporate controlled and will discount Mr. Nader for obvious reasons.

Nader only matters to those who have not given up on our rights as citizens, only those who have votes which are not for sale. Just those who want their candidate to stand for something. Just those Americans will vote for Ralph Nader and not a candidate bought and paid for by corporations ready to slip away from all American laws and American institutions they do not control.

It doesn't matter what Obama and Nader say now in the election. Obama will utterly humiliate the fascist/stalinist criminal Ralph Nader, and defeat also the incompetent John McCain. Yes Democrats were incompetent in 2000 and 2004, but now they have a true Christian socialist candidate for change and reunification in the holy god-king of American, Barack H. Obama. Amen.

Most Obama supporters think that he will bring all the trops home from Iraq.
But the reality is that he will continue the occupation and even a degree of combat missions in Iraq.

Direct as many people as possible to Obam's own website where, under the misleading subtitle of A Responsible Phased Withdrawl it states:

"Under the Obama plan, A RESIDULE FORCE WILL REMAIN IN IRAQ and in the region TO CONDUCT TARGETTED COUNTER TERROISM MISSIONS AGAINST AL QAEDA in Iraq "

That's not even technically ending the Iraq war!!!

Vote Independent. Vote Ralph Nader.
Vote to end the war and occupation in Iraq.

Well said Nigel.

------------------

Obama is NOT change:

1 will unnessecarily increase overbloated military spending causing further debt
2 will end war but CONTINUE OCCUPATION IN IRAQ
3 troops withdrawn will be redeployed to accelerated endless war in Afghanistan and Pakistan
4 voted to reauthorise the Patriot Act
5 voted to fund the Iraq war
6 voted for telecom immunity for illegal wiretapping
7 wastes US tax payers money on annual funding of Israel's military to pander to APIAC voters

None of these are progressive CHANGE positions. It's almost identical to McCain when you go beyong rhetoric and see where the money is allocated.

Ralph Nader supports:

1 ending Iraq war AND occupation in a timetable
2 no threat of war with Iran
3 no excessive millitary spending taking >50%
4 against torture
5 against Patriot Act
6 against telecom immunity for illegal wiretapping
7 for single payer universal healthcae
8 investing in renewable energy (not nuclear power)
9 supports Ni4D

Ralph Nader is a far superior candidate to the Democrats, who represents the SILENT & SILENCED MAJORITY of people.

I think by now after losing to the "Worst President in U.S. History" twice, Democrats themselves should be labeled irrelevant, or, at the very least, incompetent fools who certainly do not deserve our votes. And, just curious, but what kind of landmark legislation has Fowler passed? Anything like the Freedom of Information Act, the Clean Air Act, or maybe the Mine Health and Safety Act? Who is irrelevant now, Fowler?

We'll wait and see how "irrelevant" Nader is when he manhandles Obama in the Google Debates in New Orleans this September...

Go Nader/Gonzalez!

Best,
Nigel

I'm so sick and tired of the Democrats. If Nader is so irrelevant then why is it that they claim he was popular enough to "steal" votes from the Democrats that they had never even earned, even though he was excluded from the Presdential devates and most stae ballots and national coverage in the year 2000.
If Nader was so irrelevant then why did the Democrats use time, and taxpayers money to sabotage Nader's petitions in 2004 to disenfranchise his voters that had petitioned for his name to be on the state ballot. Just the other week Democrat legislatures in Pensylvania were arrested for this action in 2004.
If Nader was so irrelevant, then why is he on more state ballots than he has ever been ocbmj8-n in previous elections despite obstacles, including Obama's home state of Ilinois

As a South Carolinian who lives in Charleston, I can tell you this state will go Republican anyway, so why not vote Green or Nader? I still haven't decided which of the two I'm voting for (whichever is on more states' ballots, probably).
