Jonathan: I literally hate you, but you do have a point or two --- occasionally, in the hey stack of steer manure that you inappropriately blog. You are right on on many points of Doctor Phillies.

My last job was with the most famous college system on the planet. I am drawn toward academics. But, like Phillies, many do not have the sense to get out of the rain. Phillies' odd ball personality sure gets in the way of his message. I can easily imagine him chatting with him self alone in a room on the difference between commas and semi colons! Oh well, he's been advised for months.

BS, we all know what that means!

MS, is 'More of the Same'!

PhD, stands for 'Piled Higher and Deeper'!

I'm a whitey, but some days a bit green or red. I saw one photo of Rosa Clemente so far and I couldn't tell if she was black or not. She looked kind of dark, but ... photos are often misleading. I would be willing to bet you though that Mitt Romney's darker. Have you seen him lately? overtime at the tanspa. . . probly trying to compensate for the pasty white McCain.

George Phillies Says:

July 22nd, 2008 at 10:15 am
Isn’t white a color, or the absence of color?

THIS is why George was not the nominee for the Libertarian Party.
George you are out there man. Most Americans don't get your sarcasm or humor or whatever you call that post.

I'm a little confused by the Green decission to have two black women on the tiket. Feels almost like the they are trying to make a point just for the sake of making a point, a little silly in a party which isn't traditionally a minority focused party. McKiney makes sense, she is a left leader, but it really seems that they could have found a better, more expierience, more diverse candidate.

Another team of women of color was the 1996 Workers World Party campaign, with Monica Moorehead (African-American) for president, and Gloria La Riva (Hispanic) for vice-president.

Does the Lenora Fulani / Maria Munoz candidacy of 1992 count?

Lenora Fulani had six VP candidates in various states for the New Alliance Party in 1988. Does anyone know if any of them were "women of color"? (One was Wynonia Burke, but I can't find what "color" she is.)
