Spend the lawsuit money on media advertising instead.

You are assuming that neocon Bob Barf really wants to gain any votes compared to neocons Osama and McSame.

Bob Barr’s campaign says New Hampshire voters should not have a choice of two Libertarians to vote for in November.

That pretty much sums Bob Barf up nicely.

Seems like a rather self-centered move. Oh wait, I keep forgetting, libertarianism is all about being self-centered. Never mind.

How does George Phillies think his insistence on staying on the ballot in this situation is going to help his cause rather than hurting it by confusing New Hampshire voters and making the Libertarian Party look disorganized?

"Successful Libertarian ballot access lawsuits year have been won in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Kentucky. The Connecticut case is looking good also."

Thanks for the insight. Guess bad news sticks around longer, and perhaps, costs more?

In NH, I still think the money would be better spent on media for Barr, and not on a lawsuit, the coverage of which tends, I think, to make us look like idiots.

:)

It is going to take a lot colone to cover up this one.

DOCTOR Phillies, like Alan Keyes, is one dumb smart person.

The NH is being run by LRC supporters and the barr campaign by the same. The object is to make the LP look bad.

Spend the lawsuit money on media advertising instead.

The media coverage on this just latest lawsuit sends a louder message of: "the LP is a disorganized bunch of idiots."

TV in NH (not Boston rates, but local cable stuff), radio ads, even a billboard would be money much better spent, IMO.

Anyone who votes for Dr. Phillies after that is probably going to write him in even if the lawsuit is successful (and wouldn't that be the first successful lawsuit for this campaign?)

And if the lawsuit is not successful, then what damage will be done by the news coverage of that?
