A letter from Beth Vest to the LNC, posted on the LNC Public List.
Dear LNC members,
I was going to write a somewhat wordy letter to send this along to the committee, however making a salient point is best served by brevity. On that note, my narrative here is simple; the chair, often assisted by the majority of the committee, has broken our bylaws, and rules, and acted outside of the professional and ethical standards required of every non-profit board. It is the responsibility of any board member to seek corrective action when they believe the board, or the chairman, has not acted in the best interest of the party. On that note, please see the attached legal documents. Thank you.
As always, I am available to answer questions.

Vest requests the court: Under D.C. Code § 26-409.09, the Superior Court may remove McArdle from
office in these circumstances and may bar her from being reelected, redesignated, or reappointed.
The opening of the Court filing, which is, of course, visible to the public.

Now that Best is no longer a member of the LNC, is the suit still valid. I believe that only an LNC member may be a plaintiff.
We understand that Vest will need to be replaced in a timely way.
