Reading through that complaint, which does give a decent timeline of events, it seems as if the Saliba group outsmarted itself by tacitly attending the Chadderdon group convention and admitting to the Chadderdon groups’ authority and rules instead of their own, thus undermining their own claims of being the legitimate board. By doing so, they constructively admitted that the Chadderdon group is LPMI and the Saliba group is not.
Dunno how that impacts the various pending lawsuits, but that remains to be seen.
(It should be noted that none if this is in the purview of the national JC.)
Questions for clarity: Are there still two boards – Chadderton and Saliba – which are claiming to be the legitimate boards of the Michigan LP? If so, are they likely to hold two separate state conventions, or are they likely to hold one combined convention?
