In the past LNC meetings were noticed a week or two in advance and
any member could register. No such opportunity this meeting. Thought
because of all the recent activity someone forgot to list the registration.
Did notice there was a slot for public comment on the agenda as usual.
How would the public or a member gain access to comment?
Not being recorded and available to the members had to be know ahead
of time. Not springed upon the LNC and found out when they got to Miami.
