1. Declare the LNC/EC approval of the Joint Fundraising Committee null and void.
2. Order the immediate cessation of all JFC activities involving the national
Libertarian Party.
3. Issue a clear directive prohibiting similar arrangements in the future without
explicit safeguards ensuring alignment with Libertarian principles and Bylaws
compliance.
