In my capacity as a member of the LNC, I am noticing the following three business items for the October 6th LNC Meeting:
1) Notice to hear the Investigatory Committee Report with recommendations of charges.
2) Notice of “Streaming Rule” LNC Policy Manual Amendment, Section 1.02. New clause #10 (attached below).
3) Notice of LNC Policy Manual Amendment, Section 1.01. 4 (Special Rule) (attached below).
1) appears to indicate that there will be charges.
2) reads “Meetings will not be live streamed unless authorized by a majority vote of the LNC.”
3) provides a special rule on notifying the Secretary of charges if such are brought, and that the Secretary may have counsel that may be a party sustaiing member or a licensed attorney.
Interesting that they’re only just now — when the GOP “infiltrate and neuter” project is presumably near its end — getting around to closing off their (ritual, after real) meetings from public view.
He pretty much stated the conclusion so the “notice” by Malagoon about a vote is just a sham. This is kangaroo court and everyone knows it. McAddled is pissed Harlos ruined some lucrative deal with RFK, Jr. and the Colorado party. There is nothing else. Harlos unmuzzled will be a good read and watch. It is amazing that this LNC is actually worse than pre-Reno. Golf clap.
