Harlos Files Derivative Suit Against LNC

We have crossloaded the filing opening the suit. You can read it here.

From: LP Secretary
To: LNC Business
Subject: New potential conflict of interest

1. Will be officially launching parliamentary business site for paid work. My work was always professional fee free and always disclosed well before the hiring. I have multiple states and member groups inquiries at the moment but no agreements.

2. Am Plaintiff in new derivative lawsuit against Angela McArdle and the LNC. Derivative lawsuits are odd creatures, my name is used as Plaintiff but it is in the shoes of the LNC. So I absolutely do not consider it a conflict but I am disclosing. Case No. 2024-CAB-006230.

I am impressed by Caryn Ann Harlos and her legal representatives’ comprehensive and detailed court filing. I appreciate her strong interest in restoring the Libertarian Party’s integrity.

Nice to see the expected implosion finally happen.
Always wondered how long these two would stay friends. Power hungry psychopaths usually turn on each other much sooner.

It appears that the MAGA caucus inside the libertarian Party has largely succeeded in neutralizing the party, and getting it swallowed up in internal controversies.
