First Part of LNC Meeting

Meeting came to order. All present except Mister Shawnan

Public comment:

Nathan Madden: Unresolved issue. LNC web page elected member list missed him.

Chuck Moulton: Transparency is very important: Public list and visible meetings are important. Encourage you not to remove Ms. Harlos.

Jeremiah Harding: Party has lack of willingness to accept criticism. Harlos attacked unjustly. I admire how she’s gone against the grain.

Mimi Robinson: Agrees with Moulton. Oppose removing Harlos. She has been doing her job.

Ford: Libertarian Fund has raised nearly $5000.

Yeniscavich: Update from Hannah Kennedy. Migration from raiser’s edge migration was 50%.Various list supports were noted.

Austin Green: I like Caryn Ann. This has to be a business decision. We don’t want to lynch anyone unless it is a solid business ammunition.

Malagon thanks Ford for his business efforts.

Harlos: A few hours ago I received a 31 page report. There is no way that can be reviewed in that time. I move that we have initial discussion now and final discussion and vote for next Sunday. Redpath seconded. The report is currently secret. Harlos says she is ill and may be hospitalized,

Malagon: I don’t see how the Secretary’s health matters.

Nanna: A week delay will not matter.

Harlos: says some information new. I did not have proper notice.

Malagon says secretary was in good health yesterday.

Nanna: What is the motion?

Harlos: We would hear the report tonight. Wait a week, discuss further and vote.

McGee: IC Committee met. There are concerns. Asks Malagon to be permitted to speak (Malagon is an alternate.)

Investigatory Committee met in executive session so resolutions were not discussed in the meeting. I really did vote yes.

Harlos: Committee not impartial.

McArdle: LNC voted that the committee was impartial.

Harlos: point of Order: My rights were also violated. Multiple non-members were present, in violation of my rights.

McArdle: We require all votes be in public.

Harlos: I appeal the decision of the chair. Redpath seconds appeal. The details of the investigative Committee actions should have been been confidential.

Shall the ruling of the chair be upheld. Passed.

McGee: Asked to allow party atorney to be present.

Harlos: Objected to presence of .attorney.

Watkins: Refer motion to a select committee of the entire LNC except Ms. Harlos plus Mister Jacobs to meet in executive session.

Malagon: We are discussing a report, but if we advance to a trial Ms Harlos would be entitled to speak.

Harlos: My suit is not included in the report. The report includes falsities.

Nanna: I cannot support this.

Malagon: LNC Counsel was very clear that we should not let Harlos into any executive session.

Harlos: Malagon, you are revealing confidential information namely legal advice from counsel that was given in executive session. The report contains multiple factual errors. Harlos warns against spoliation of evidence and demands a recording of the executive session to be held in case there is a court order.

Harlos: I will give the report to my attorney. You get to file a protective order.

Watkins calls the question. No objection.

Harlos I am not suing the LNC. The LNC is suing the LNC.

Watkins: The motion will appoint a committee consisting of the LNC less the secretary but perhaps including Jonathan Jacobs and Oliver Hall.

Harlos: Motion is out of order. No notice was given, and this is a special meeting. This is an original main motion, and no notice was given. Mister Jacobs was contracted for parliamentary advice.

People die from Covid within a few days.
Melinda Pillsbury-Foster’s son died on the 3rd days of the onset of illness in three individuals in the same house. She spent weeks in the hospital while the third person was fine after 5 days.
Don’t make smart remarks about anyone’s illness. You might regret it.

Gail thank you. I had to leave that meeting because I felt suddenly like I was punched in the chest. While they were getting their false accusations in, knowing I was sick, with none of them thinking that perhaps a short recess or put to email ballot would be best I was on the bathroom flooring wheezing taking a COVID test. It intensifies and subsides, right now my lungs are very very heavy. I am sorry but most of them are showing a despicable pack monstrosity.
