Dasbach Submits Amicus on Harlos Appeal

Long time Libertarian activist Steve Dasbach, who has been very closely involved for many years with ensuring that our Presidential candidate appears on general election ballots across America, has submitted to the Libertarian Party Judicial Committee an amicus brief discussing how the Libertarian Party has normally worked to ensure that our Presidential candidate appears on as many general election ballots as possible .  He emphasizes the anomalous issues that arose in 2024.

You can read his brief here.

Snippets from all of these amicus briefs need to be sent to all libertarians registered before 2016. I wonder how many of the 600k that voted for Chase know what’s going on at national. These people deserve to know, so they can get active in their states to help enact change. I’m sure all of the people who voted for Chase would be very angry if they knew what was going on.

Paid staff of National is being used to promote the Mises Caucus. Get started now. There is no way they are not running afoul of the law and McAddled and Heist need to feel it.

I don’t see a date on the Dasbach amicus. Does anyone know when it was written and/or submitted?

      Saturday November 30.

  3. Excellently written -brief & to the point.

Too bad the LPJC will not do the correct thing.

Please rid yourself of any hope the LP will return to its former glory & join me here: liberalpartyusa.org

LP Derangement Syndrome is real. I understand it as someone who put 20+ years of real sweat equity in the party. However, at least for the next four years they’re going to be getting a very orange togue so free yourself to explore other options.
