They report six Libertarians in elective office. Coverage of the dispute over the Presidential ballot line indicates that Oliver-Ter Maat will be on the ballot as Libertarians, but the LP Colorado state party Board of Directors is attached to their partnership agreement with the Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. campaign
