Caryn Ann Harlos had filed a derivative suit on behalf of the LNC, seeking the removal of Angela McArdle as National Chair. The LNC as defendant filed a motion to dismiss the suit. Harlos has now filed against the motion to dismiss. You can read her responder at the link.
