The email they gave me was caryn.ann.harlos@lp.org. That existed as an alternate for my secretary email address as I used to have it when I was Region 1 Representative. For some reason, some, and only some, current emails were also still going to that address INCLUDING CONFIDENTIAL DISCUSSIONS. So which is it? Are they waiting and deceptively gave me an email address I was not entitled to with discussions I should not have seen (that post-dated my alleged suspension starting 10/6/24) or are they not waiting but just trying to wall me off. Make it make sense.
Anyone reading along, the Chair responded which is covered in the next article from George. I want to be clear that the above was a rhetorical question to “Nolan’s Duty” and not any kind of accusation of deceipt. I was rhetorically asking Nolan’s Duty what would be the logical outcome of his question, not any accusation of something I would have no knowledge of.
Additionally George it makes little sense since they did give me an LP email. I have no right to an LP email outside of being restored. They cannot consistently claim to be waiting and still give me an LP email address which, btw, contained all kinds of emails and information that I would not be entitled to see if I were not an LNC member. That would be gross negligence on their part.
Dr. Phillies, we had this discussion with Mr. Sarwark at Reno about the effect of voiding Mrs. Harlos’ removal. He said and it seems to apply here that any future business the LNC takes may be voidable if her vote would have made a difference.
Is Mark Rutherford still on the LNC?
Isn’t the LNC waiting for the written JC opinion supported by a majority of its members? Why is anybody surprised?
Rutherford resigned weeks ago. I have not seen his letter of resignation so I do not have the exact date yet.
The LNC is allegedly currently waiting for the written opinions. I have not seen this from them, only from some of their followers.
