For the next LNC meeting, Mr. Chadderdon has moved
“Motion to create Investigatory Committee:
“That this Board adopt the following resolution: Resolved, that a committee comprised of members willing and able to serve be appointed by the Libertarian National Committee to investigate allegations of misconduct by At-Large Representative Adrian F Malagon, which, if true, cast doubt on his fitness to continue in office, and that the Committee be instructed, if it concludes that the allegations are well-founded, to report resolutions covering its recommendations.”
This motion is the first step toward a motion to suspend (i.e., remove) Mr. Malagon from the LNC. The motion will be discussed and voted upon at the 7/13/25 LNC meeting.
Then how does he get elected?
How does he get elected by the largest affiliate in the LP? Must not be too bad!
This is the first time I can recall agreeing with Chadderdon on anything.

The resolution/motion regarding Mr. Malagon was initially moved by Ms. Harlos, with Mr. Chadderdon renewing the motion on July 3rd.
Any other non-profit board in the entire country would have removed Mr. Malagon years ago due to his unprofessional and sophomoric behavior, but alas, this is the Libertarian Party and the LNC.
Dysfunctional is their Modus Operandi.
Can we get a clue to what his behavior is like? Thank you.
Anyone who has been watching the meeting livestreams on YouTube, attended meetings via Zoom, monitored the business list and/or Malagon’s behavior on social media regarding the LP in the last few years has witnessed this unprofessional behavior.
The last straw for me was his unprofessional behavior towards Mark Tuniewicz.
For anyone not aware, Mr. Tuniewicz had bequeathed to LP ~$600k dollars upon his death.
Mr. Tuniewicz shortly after rescinded said bequethment.
As I would have as well.
Imagine the biggest, most obnoxious jerk you can. Double it. That’s Malagon. He is thoroughly unprofessional in every regard. I can look at people I disagree with, like Heise, and see what some of their gifts are and, say what you will about him, Heise has talents. I have no idea what it is that Malagon does well.
