Seebeck to Seek Re-election to Judicial Committee
Michael Seebeck, currently serving the Party on its Judicial Committee, has announced he is seeking re-election to the Judicial Committee.
“This past term has been unprecedented in Party history,” Seebeck commented. “A record number of appeals covering a wide complexity of issues never seen before have shown that it is necessary to have a fluency in both the Bylaws and Parliamentary Procedure in order to decide cases accordingly. All of my opinions this term, be they on the winning or losing side, reflect that fluency. That needs to continue, and I am definitely qualified for the job.”
“I would like to emphasize that my opinions are not based on personalities or caucuses, but on Bylaws and Rules, and a focus on the Party’s operations itself,” Seebeck continued. “All of my opinions are readily available for reading on Lpedia.org, and they speak for themselves as to my ability to do the job.”
“I will be at Grand Rapids in my capacity as Head Teller, as well as being on the Bylaws and Platform Committee. My long party resume is also viewable at LPedia.org. I ask for Delegates’ support for re-election, Seebeck concluded.
