There are things that are not legitimate recent LNC minutes at https://lp.org/lnc-meeting-archives/ You have to go down a couple of frames to find them. They may be notes, but for the past half-year they are not legitimate draft minutes, namely there were a considerable number of roll-call votes, and the records of the individual votes are absent.
There have been months to update some of the notes into legitimate minutes for the scrutiny of the LNC. That has not happened.
Evan McMahon is not doing his job as Secretary, a job that is almost entirely routine. He certainly should not be elected as LNC Chair.
