What happens under New LNC Rules on Publishing Minutes

The minutes are now to be approved at the next regular meeting, which in this case is at the National Convention.  Until then, there are not even visible draft minutes, and no one can be sure what was passed, leading to exchanges like the following:

Mr. McMahon,

Members in my region have asked about Voter Gravity as we get closer to election season. I understand you made a motion regarding the program at the December meeting in Dallas. Can you tell me where things stand with it?
Andrew Chadderdon
Region 1 Rep | Libertarian National Committee

Mr. Chadderdon,
It was during the budget. VoterGravity was funded through March and its continued funding was conditional on being fully donor supported by the end of March at $3,000 per month ear-marked for that program.

Since then, there have been concerns raised by a few states that have discontinued using it due to problems with the program (such as offline canvassing not working). Indiana is one of the states that has decided to stop using VoterGravity due to those issues.

In Liberty,
Evan McMahon
Secretary

It is maddening. All the hard work Mattson and I did to keep people basically informed. Go look at the website. The last ones there are mine. Same thing with policy manual.

I was only “late” (which wasn’t late but just not under auto approval) 2 or 3 times in 8 years, clustered around losing my brother and a beloved dog)
