3 LNC Members for Convention Oversight Committee to be elected. There are six nominations. They advance to a vote. Each LNC member votes for as many they want. Flores Robson Hertzsch Mcgee get a block vote. Flores, Robson, McGee win. Hertzch is one vote behind. Several LNC members vote for all six candidates.
For the non-LNC members, there are 35 volunteers, some of whom are not eligible. There are a lot of nominations. The nominees get to speak. The LNC votes. McMahon abstains. Patrick, Seebeck, Darr, Kosin are elected. Darr is elected as chair of the Convention Oversight Committee Chair.
There was an Audit Committee vacancy. There are nominations. McElroy, Lerol, Maffei, Thon. Lerol and Maffei are tied. There is a second vote. Alexa Maffei wins.
Motion to move meeting to second Sunday. Martin says there is a secret shadow organization running the LNC. His rationale becomes somewhat hyperbolic. Sentiment expressed that a later meeting would permit full financial reports to be given. Motion passes 16-0-1.
