As Editor, I offer my condolences to the Libertarian Party Judicial Committee.

I move that access by Austin Martin to the Libertarian National Committee corporate email account austin.martin@lp.org be suspended for fifteen (15) days, effective immediately upon this motion receiving affirmative votes from at least two-thirds (2/3) of the voting membership of the LNC.
Staff shall preserve the account, its contents, records, and archives during the suspension and shall not delete or alter historical correspondence except as required for ordinary system administration, legal compliance, or records preservation.
This action applies solely to Mr. Martin’s access to and use of the LNC-provided corporate email account and shall not suspend his office, voting rights, right to debate, right to receive notice, right to inspect corporate records, or any other rights or responsibilities associated with his position as Region 1 Representative.
During the fifteen-day suspension, the Secretary and appropriate staff shall ensure that official LNC notices, electronic ballots, meeting notices, and other communications to which Mr. Martin is entitled are transmitted to an alternate email address designated by him.
The Executive Director, staff, and Information Services personnel are directed to take the technical steps necessary to implement this motion immediately upon confirmation that the two-thirds threshold has been reached.
Access shall be automatically restored upon expiration of the fifteen-day suspension unless the LNC takes separate action pursuant to its governing documents.
