McArdle Wants $25K to Defend LNC in Lawsuit

The LNC ExComm will meet this Sunday to consider a motion from Angela McArdle.  She wants up to $25,000 to be encumbered to defend the LNC against lawsuits.  Several questions arise: Do they actually have the money (we will find out tomorrow when the FEC filing drops)?  What lawsuits? Is there an emergency?

Hello everyone,
I am calling for an excom meeting this Sunday at 6est / 5 central. I will post a zoom link here in a follow up meeting.
I move to encumber up to $25,000 towards our legal defense in pending litigation against the LNC.

What is the status of the two derivative lawsuits filed against the LNC in the past few months? Was advised when filed but no news since filing. Is motion to set aside 25K
to cover those two derivative actions? Are there additional or contemplated actions pending against the LNC? Would appreciate any information. Thank you.

Two derivative lawsuit? I saw only one. The Best Vest lawsuit was amended and served on the LP.

How much more toxic can McAwful make things for the LNC?
