Move the ExComm recommend that the LNC recommend that the chair and counsel request a 90-day legal pause for negotiations. Vote: Knebel-Nay, Nekhaila-Nay, McGee-Nay, Chair takes time to think. McMahon votes no. Vote is 4-4. The motion fails. Meeting adjourns.
