There were over 400 enumerated contributors (People who have paid $200 or more during the year.)
The listed debts as of the end of June were primarily $290,000 to the hotel and under $3000 to Website and CRM consultants. There were other convention expenses, already paid. We have paid nearly $78,000 for convention audio-visual services, over $3000 to a speaker, and $2449 for convention entertainment.
We have staff and paid them. The employee net pay for five employees was $16,591. The cost of paying them came to $4732 for Payroll Processing.
Other employee costs included:

Healthcare Insurace – 1864.82
40K Contributions – $772
