The Judicial Committee has put a temporary hold on new amici while their software system is upgraded.
In the mean time, Dan Reale has sent us an amicus that he will be submitting.
The amicus from six states as seen in an earlier post was not accepted by the Judicial Committee, because only interested parties and sustaining members may submit amici. Much wailing and gnashing of teeth has been heard as a result of this Judicial Committee decision. I therefore tried to submit it on the basis of my being a sustaining member, but submissions are temporarily on hold.
The software is a way to submit – similar to the delegate software Ken created. I don’t know what relation that is to the pending amici or when any decision is to be had on that.
I keep checking LPedia and no new filings.
I used the new software to submit my amicus based on the six state chair amici. The software appeared to work.
Anyone have an update on Austin Martin’s JC records request?
It appears that the JC and the rest of the LNC just ignored him.
I find that beyond hilarious.
lol.
Martin is off the rails.
Lpedia isn’t JC software, so I have no idea what they think they’re doing.
But, I got mine in first, and it’s short, sweet, and to the point.
Tune in to Pink Flame of Liberty on Youtube to see the breakdowns of all the filings so far.
