Good morning, Granite State Libertarians and interested watchers across the nation!
Last night, I presided over a convention of Libertarians in a formation of a political party by and for Libertarians, to run Libertarians for public office, and to further Libertarian ideals in New Hampshire.
This new organization has been dubbed by its members the “Granite State Libertarian Party.”
Libertarians in the Granite State have suffered five long years of subversion by authoritarian infiltrators following a hostile takeover of the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire. Since then, those infiltrators have used LPNH’s platform to spread hate and violent rhetoric; values in total opposition to the good Libertarians that formed a philosophical undercurrent that was previously so valued by Granite Staters.
The Granite State Libertarian Party, in stark contrast to the club that is now *formerly* the national Libertarian Party’s state affiliate, has adopted a Statement of Principles and a Statement of Values that rejects racism, sexism, and other forms of bigotry as the collectivist dogma they are. These founding principles are protected by a requirement to obtain the consent of 7/8 of its voting delegates prior to any removal or modification. Within its bylaws, it has also embedded disqualifications for participation in party business by anyone who calls for the initiation of political violence.
In addition, the Libertarians gathered in convention have authorized the newly elected executive committee to petition the Libertarian National Committee for recognition as New Hampshire’s new affiliate party.
I commend the Libertarians in this state who either resisted or broke free of the social contagion affecting the old party, and for likewise rejecting the two party lie while enduring those five years of frustration.

How do we contact and join this new group?
Will they wait until after the November election or until the LPNH lawsuit is settled to make their affiliation application?
Interestingly, Stephen Villee was the previous LPNH candidate for NH governor but got no where near the 4% of the vote to qualify the party with official status. He is now running for NH governor as this organization’s candidate.
Pursuing affiliation should be viewed as a side show of minimal importance. If anyone has information about a lawsuit from the former affiliate, we’d love to see it for 3PW.
LPNH might consider a tactic “Divided We Stand”. Ask D and R occasional voters for their vote. ‘We’re pro-choice and pro-second amendment’. Postcards. Target with postcards a few rural districts, areas near colleges and universities. See how it works for next time.
Has LPNH actually initiated a lawsuit against LNC?
I doubt it. And I doubt they ever will.
All I have seen from LPNH are baseless threats regarding a potential lawsuit.
LPNH has no ground to sue LNC.
