Mr. Greene,
I had contacted the LNC’s chair and vice chair already, and both are unaware that you had sent any updated materials to the LNC, and that your last communication with them was in the sending of the Executive Summary in May. The current evidence as it stands showed that you have not sent any updated materials to them, contrary to your earlier statements.
Not only that, but the fact that you interpreted my email response to a request for discussion, wherein I stated my willingness to discuss the matter with you via email and that “I am not in unauthorized possession of data, nor do I know, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the personal details of anyone with unauthorized possession of data”, as a declination to sign an attestation which was never offered me in the first place, is frankly ridiculous in my opinion.
As for the attestation you have provided: the current wording makes it so that I would be required to delete documents, such as copies of the Libertarian Party’s Bylaws, Platform, the LNC’s Policy Manual, monthly membership reports, monthly financial reports, subcommittee reports, etc, which were and are all provided to members and the general public to download and analyze without qualifications. I will not be signing this current attestation that will require me to delete publicly available information provided by the LNC itself. I also will not sign an attestation where my name is incorrectly spelled “Johny Ponty” in the title.
Regards,
John Ponty, Liberty Sentries

Mr. Ponty,
As data incident counsel, I cannot share the privileged and confidential materials that you request, though you can ask the LNC if they are willing to provide their updated materials. I can clarify that we interpreted your email response and activity on social media as a declination to sign the attestation. If you are agreeable to signing the attestation, we have attached it here and will watch for return of a signed copy.
Thank you,
Dan

Mr. Greene,
I am again asking for further explanation on how those false statements regarding me and Ms. Harlos were unknowingly made, and proof that you have corrected your descriptions to no longer state that we refused to sign an attestation. From my understanding, no such correction has been actually made, and no evidence has yet been provided to show such corrections were made. I will be waiting for your response.

Mr. Greene,
Per emails that were released to the public, Octillo Law PLLC explicitly asked for an attestation in certain circumstances, providing the document to sign for the attestation via attachment to such communications, while in other cases no attestation was requested or and no document attached. All such emails were made by Mr. Hamzah Siddiqui, and all had you directly copied to them. Both you and Mr. Siddiqui thus had direct knowledge about what requests were made before the conclusion of your investigation, including that certain individuals were asked to sign an attestation, while others (including Ms. Harlos and I) where not asked such things.
Regardless, the executive summary, sent by Octillo Law PLLC, claims that both I and Ms. Harlos refused to sign an attestation when requested to do so, despite the fact that you and Mr. Siddiqui knew that neither of us were given a request to sign an attestation.
Are you certain in your claim that such materials made by Octillo Law were produced with no knowingly false statements? As you are partner of Octillo Law, and had been copied to every email sent during this investigation, I find it hard to believe, and request more explanation on how such false statements were unknowingly made. I also request evidence that your descriptions no longer state that we refused to sign an attestation, as you had already stated earlier today that you still were addressing the issue.

Hello Mr. Ponty,
While we cannot comment on the substance of privileged and confidential materials, and while characterizations of an investigation and interpretation of those characterizations may vary, in all materials produced by Octillo there are no knowingly false, misleading or damaging statements. That said, recognizing your concern and the concern of Ms. Harlos, we adjusted our descriptions and no longer state that you refused to sign an attestation.
Thank you,
Dan

Hello Mr. Greene,
You sent this exact same email to Ms. Caryn Ann Harlos nearly a month ago when she brought up the same concerns regarding your false statements to Libertarian National Committee, Inc. She has not had any communication back showing that you have, in fact, addressed this issue.
Again, I request an explanation as to why you have made these false statements; furthermore, I request an explanation as to what you have done so far to correct this issue, as this investigation has involved me and others whom you have made false, misleading, and damaging statements about in your investigation.

Hello Mr. Greene and Mr. McNally,
In an executive summary shared to Libertarian National Committee, Inc, it was claimed that your team sent me a request for attestation regarding your investigation involving them. I have never been sent such a request for attestation, with the only request being sent to “discuss” topics related to your investigation.
Can you provide an explanation as to why you provided a false statement to Libertarian National Committee, Inc. in connection with your investigation?
Have a good day,
John Ponty, Liberty Sentries
